Andy Heath (UWS's owner operator), was working in the property management field for another company, when it occurred to him; Property Management isn't just a task but an approach. That started the process of questioning how we collect and organize, information, how we apply and share that information, and how we can apply that approach to managing not just property but all assets as they relate to a property.
